About the role
Responsibilities
- Low-threshold, health-oriented counseling for people with substance-related issues and their relatives
- Referral to further support services
- Counseling on safer-use topics
- Outreach and follow-up work, e.g., in correctional facilities
Requirements
- Completed degree in Social Work or comparable training
- Interest in regular professional exchange and continuous development
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
- Intercultural counseling competence
- Willingness to perform outreach activities
- Accepting and open-ended attitude
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional experience is welcome but not required

- Gross annual salary of €49,000 to €57,500 for full-time positions
