About the role
Responsibilities
- Low-threshold, health-oriented counseling for people with substance-related issues
- Participation in the further development of the offer and expansion of the concept
- Planning and implementation of leisure-oriented and other group activities
- Counseling in individual and group formats
- Referral to further measures for social participation
Requirements
- Completed degree in Social Work or comparable training
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
- Intercultural counseling competence
- Willingness to perform outreach activities in small amounts (e.g., in prisons or clinics)
- Accepting and open-ended attitude
- Interest in professional exchange and continuous development
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional experience in outreach work

- Gross annual salary of €49,000 to €57,500 for full-time positions (pro-rated for 90%)
