About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute educational, promotional, and cultural programs for staff and families
  • Provide technical support on social welfare topics to different organizational areas
  • Perform social and economic diagnostics of the workforce
  • Develop strategies to minimize staff turnover and strengthen organizational climate
  • Coordinate and supervise the Medical Assistance Insurance Program
  • Organize preventive health campaigns and workshops
  • Ensure compliance with Integrated Management Systems regarding Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment

Requirements

  • Degree in Social Work
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles
  • Knowledge of pension systems, economic benefits, and administrative procedures
  • Knowledge of IPERC, IAAS, and waste management
  • Knowledge of first aid
  • Knowledge of Integrated Management Systems and Occupational Health and Safety regulations
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong communication, empathy, organization, and teamwork skills
