Social Worker or Social Pedagogue

Responsibilities

• Support and promote individuals with mental, addictive, or physical disabilities within the framework of assisted individual living
• Create and implement participation plans in accordance with the Federal Participation Act (Bundesteilhabegesetz)
• Manage administrative tasks and case responsibility for assigned clients
• Contribute to a collaborative team culture and share professional ideas and expertise

Requirements

• Degree in Social Work, Social Pedagogy, or a comparable professional qualification
• Proven experience working with adults suffering from mental illnesses
• Valid Class B driving license and access to a personal vehicle
• High level of empathy and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently within a multi-professional team
