Social Work England registration, Degree in Social Work, 3+ years post-qualified experience, Statutory experience with children, Driving license and vehicle
About the role
Responsibilities
- Undertake assessments and develop plans to ensure the safety and well-being of children
- Complete CAFA, Section 47 enquiries, and CIN plans
- Attend ICPC meetings
- Prepare court applications, including private law reports such as Section 7 and Section 37
- Collaborate with health, education, police, and youth offending services
- Engage with children and families facing complex challenges to determine appropriate support
Requirements
- Social Work England registration
- Degree level qualification in Social Work
- Minimum of 3 years post-qualified experience as a social worker
- Experience in a statutory role working with children and young people
- Knowledge of working with children and young people with complex needs
- Ability to drive and access to a personal vehicle
- Eligibility to work in the UK
