About the role
Responsibilities
- Counseling individuals with substance use disorders and their relatives
- Providing support within the framework of Therapeutisch betreutes Einzelwohnen (BEW)
- Promoting social participation
- Conducting outreach and follow-up work
- Organizing group and leisure activities
Requirements
- Completed degree in Social Work or comparable training
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
- Intercultural counseling competence
- Willingness to perform outreach activities in settings such as prisons or clinics
- Accepting and open-ended professional attitude
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional experience in the field
- Interest in regular professional exchange and continuous development
Benefits
- Annual salary between €49,000 and €57,500 for full-time positions (pro-rated for 80%)
