Social Video Producer & Editor

Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit short-form social videos from raw footage for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Shape story arcs, pacing, and visual rhythm to maximize platform engagement
• Provide on-set production support, including managing talent and executing creative visions
• Source and integrate assets from various internal and external sources to create cohesive content
• Enhance videos with on-screen text, captions, graphics, and sound elements
• Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and Travel + Leisure’s editorial standards
• Collaborate with producers and editors in a fast-paced, on-site studio environment

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in video editing and production, ideally focused on travel or lifestyle content
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Proven experience with short-form social video formats and platform-specific best practices
• Ability to shoot high-quality content on an iPhone
• Sharp storytelling and editorial instincts, including an understanding of hooks and visual clarity
• Strong organizational skills to manage assets, project files, and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of travel topics and how travel content is consumed on social platforms
• Experience with creator-led content styles
