Responsibilities

• Operate at the forefront of social creativity with a creator-first mindset
• Develop social media content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
• Lead production and execution of social videos and posts
• Use AI and emerging creative tools to supercharge production workflows
• Appear on-camera or voice videos to hone the brand's unique social voice
• Participate in brainstorms and proactively bring new ideas to the table
• Manage workback calendars and production needs to meet deadlines
• Adapt archival footage to support the social media calendar
• Assist the Creative team on diverse video editing and photo production tasks

Requirements

• 4+ years of video editing experience, specifically with native social formats
• Experience capturing short-form video content (30-90 seconds)
• Experience creating social media content for a brand or agency
• Ability to script, storyboard, and contribute to creative development
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
• Experience using AI creative tools like Runway, Midjourney, ChatGPT, or Adobe Firefly
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong attention to detail regarding project structure and asset organization
