Responsibilities
- Lead the development, coordination, and reporting of Social Value across bids and commissions
- Shape high-quality, compliant, and competitive bid responses
- Define proportionate and deliverable social value commitments
- Ensure commitments are effectively tracked and reported across projects
- Act as the central point of expertise for Social Value within the business
- Support bid teams, project leads, and senior management to align commitments with client priorities, policy requirements, and ESG objectives
