Social Sustainability & Reporting Lead

Responsibilities

• Implement the Group’s Valuing People strategy across the UK and Ireland, including action planning and progress tracking
• Serve as the Gold Business Unit coordinator for all Social Sustainability topics to ensure alignment with Group standards
• Coordinate the delivery of employee volunteering and community engagement programmes
• Prepare inputs for Group-level reporting, KPIs, and sustainability performance updates
• Lead the planning and coordination for Responsib’All Day across UK and Ireland affiliates
• Coordinate inputs for the quarterly Gold BU Sustainability & Responsibility Steering Committee
• Partner with Communications teams to develop internal engagement initiatives and external storytelling

Requirements

• Proven experience in Sustainability, Corporate Responsibility, Community Programmes, or Social Impact roles
• Strong programme management and coordination skills, ideally working across multiple stakeholders or markets
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence diverse teams
• Data-driven mindset with experience in reporting, KPI tracking, and governance processes
