About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of best-in-class social strategies rooted in client business and brand objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business and target audience
- Line manage and mentor a team of strategists, fostering professional growth and collaboration
- Partner with creative, account, and media teams to ensure campaign integration
- Act as a thought leader by sharing insights, trends, and best practices within the agency and industry
- Support the development and implementation of game-changing social initiatives
- Contribute to new business pitches and proposals on an ad-hoc basis
Requirements
- Proven experience in social strategy with brands, ideally multi-national clients
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to drive stand-out work
- Strong collaborative skills and experience working with teammates, clients, and creators
- High level of cultural intelligence and commitment to inclusivity
- Ability to stay abreast of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies
