About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of client brand tone to embody their voice
- Manage community engagement by responding to social comments and DMs
- Own organic social media content publishing via automated and manual methods
- Provide quarterly updates on organic and paid social best practices
- Compile qualitative quarterly reports on audience observations and themes
- Build relationships with internal and external agency teams
- Produce POVs on new social media features and landscape shifts
- Collaborate with the Social Strategy team on new business opportunities
- Stay updated on cultural trends, emerging platforms, and audience behaviors
- Partner with the internal paid social team to craft performance insights
- Lead communications and meetings across internal teams and clients
Requirements
- 2-4 years of community management and social strategy experience
- Strong working knowledge of social media platforms
- Experience in insight mining, editorial planning, and social reporting
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Expertise across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Snapchat, Reddit, and YouTube
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the health industry or with government agencies
