Social Skills Lead Behavior Technician

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate structured social skills groups for children with ASD
• Model and support the implementation of ABA interventions during group sessions
• Provide guidance and real-time coaching to Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs)
• Assist with onboarding support and shadow sessions for new Behavior Technicians
• Collaborate with BCBAs and Clinical Supervisors to ensure treatment plan fidelity
• Collect accurate behavioral data and complete clinical documentation
• Deliver direct 1:1 ABA therapy as needed

Requirements

• Experience providing ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Strong understanding of ABA principles, behavior management, and skill acquisition programs
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
• Ability to mentor peers in a team-oriented approach

Preferred Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Behavioral Sciences, or a related field
• Experience facilitating or supporting social skills groups
