Our team of Social Security Disability lawyers and representatives has helped thousands of individuals through the arduous process of obtaining Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and/or Supplemental Security income (SSI).

Responsibilities

• Gather required documentation and information from clients to support their claims
• Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the lengthy claims process
• Advocate on behalf of clients to ensure claims are processed accurately and efficiently
• Communicate with Social Security Administration officials to resolve issues or discrepancies
• Manage high call volumes
• Keep detailed records of client interactions and claim status updates
• Stay up-to-date on changes to Social Security policies and procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience working with Social Security claims or similar benefits programs
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to empathize with clients and provide compassionate support
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Google Suite and other relevant software programs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field
• Knowledge of Social Security policies and procedures
• Experience working in a remote or virtual office environment
• Knowledge of virtual phone systems and online scheduling software
