Social Responsibility Leader

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate social responsibility (CSR) and sustainability initiatives focused on internal well-being and external social impact.
• Manage corporate volunteering, donations, social and environmental campaigns, and support for vulnerable communities.
• Promote a responsible organizational culture by supporting mental health and well-being initiatives and integrating sustainability into internal policies.
• Lead internal communication efforts for CSR activities, including the creation of newsletters, reports, and awareness campaigns.
• Manage the annual ESR (Empresa Socialmente Responsable) certification process based on CEMEFI criteria.
• Coordinate annual well-being campaigns and institutional events.
• Build links with educational institutions and represent the company in sustainability networks and events.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management and social impact evaluation.
• Strong skills in internal communication and event planning/logistics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canva.
• Knowledge of ESR certification processes and CEMEFI criteria.
• Ability to work effectively in teams with a proactive attitude and social/environmental sensitivity.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience specifically in Corporate Social Responsibility roles.
• Deep understanding of organizational culture and employee engagement.
