Social Project Advisor

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and coordinate academic programs and social projects for the Center for Social Innovation (CIS).
• Implement student attraction campaigns for academic programs within the CIS.
• Design and implement social projects for partner organizations through the Social Initiatives Laboratory.
• Provide guidance and support to students, professors, and partner organizations regarding social innovation projects.
• Generate detailed reports on program results and social impact.
• Act as a key liaison between academic experiences, faculty, and social partners.
• Ensure the continuity of activities and the fulfillment of social service hours for participating students.

Requirements

• Professional or Master's degree in social transformation, public policy, social sciences, or humanities.
• At least 3 years of experience in community work or social project development.
• Proven experience conducting workshops and managing groups of students (high school or professional level).
• Ability to advise students on social innovation and social impact projects.
• Strong formal writing and communication skills.
• Proficiency in technology and digital tools.
• Ability to work onsite in San Cristóbal de las Casas, Chiapas.
