Social Pedagogue

Responsibilities

• Conduct supportive and motivating conversations with students regarding social, mental, and study-related challenges
• Perform preventive and health-promoting work at individual, group, and organizational levels
• Actively work with safety, well-being, and core values in the school environment
• Collaborate with student health teams, mentor teams, and school leadership
• Cooperate with external actors such as social services when necessary
• Participate in the school's systematic student health and safety work

Requirements

• Relevant education as a social pedagogue or equivalent experience
• Experience working with youth, preferably in a school environment
• Secure, attentive, and professional approach
• Strong collaborative skills and ability to work in cross-professional teams
• Relationship-building and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to work inclusively and value diversity
