Social Pedagogical Manager

Responsibilities

• Take over technical management of the facility and responsible design of daily operations
• Develop and secure professional standards and actively participate in quality assurance processes
• Contribute to conceptual further development
• Personnel management and personnel development
• Active participation in relevant committees and networks for professional networking and interest representation
• Function as an interface for public relations and support external representation
• Active participation in the vista gGmbH management team
• Provide culturally sensitive and health-oriented care
• Facilitate referrals to further support services

Requirements

• Completed degree in Social Work or comparable training
• Expertise in addiction assistance and facility management
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
• Intercultural counseling competence
• Accepting and open-ended professional attitude
• Ability to remain calm and make clear decisions in crisis situations
• Experience working with social and medical institutions
• Ability to work in a dual leadership structure (co-leadership)
