Social Media & Visual Content Lead

Responsibilities

• Own and grow Kasa's social presence across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Develop monthly social content calendars, themes, and campaigns
• Produce or direct original short-form video content including Reels and TikToks
• Manage influencer and creator strategies aligned with brand goals
• Oversee end-to-end photography and video production for all properties
• Manage a network of photographers, videographers, and retouchers
• Leverage AI-powered creative tools for production speed and quality
• Track and report on social performance metrics and KPIs

Requirements

• 4-6+ years of experience in social media, content creation, or brand creative
• Proven experience producing engaging short-form video (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts)
• Portfolio demonstrating strong visual sensibility in photography or video
• Daily active use of AI creative tools like Midjourney, Runway, or Adobe Firefly
• Experience growing organic social audiences for a brand
• Ability to work overnight hours (Tuesday through Saturday) to align with U.S. business hours
• Must be based in the Philippines
