Social Media Strategy Specialist

Responsibilities

• Contribute to organic social strategy across priority platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Own assigned content workstreams to bring campaigns and evergreen programming to life
• Develop creative briefs for both evergreen and campaign content to meet company goals
• Track and analyze content performance using analytics tools to extract actionable insights
• Stay updated on social, health, and wellness trends to surface timely, on-brand opportunities
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Creative, Partnerships, and Product Marketing to ensure social programming supports broader marketing goals

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in social media at a brand or agency
• Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X, including platform best practices
• Experience using Sprinklr or a similar social media management tool
• Strong storytelling instincts and the ability to adapt brand voice across different platforms
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• This role is based onsite in Boston, MA

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or CapCut
• A passion for performance, wellness, and innovation
