About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop social media strategies, establishing purpose, tone of voice, and content pillars for international brands
- Conduct brand, competitor, and digital culture audits to identify communication territories
- Translate business objectives and consumer insights into creative briefs
- Design content frameworks and influencer ecosystems, defining formats and platforms
- Establish KPIs and success measurement models to optimize strategy through data analysis
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years in strategy roles (Social, Digital, Planning) within an agency setting
- Proven ability to transform complex data and cultural insights into communication strategies
- Mastery of social platforms, algorithms, and user behavior dynamics
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills for strategic narratives
- Understanding of marketing integration and social commerce
- Experience working with international clients
- English fluency at C1 proficiency level or higher
