About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop, design, and schedule creative, on-brand social media content including graphics, videos, stories, and reels.
  • Manage day-to-day organic social media posting and community engagement across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Identify, recruit, and nurture relationships with alumni advocates and external influencers to represent the brand authentically.
  • Manage ongoing communications and collaboration with alumni influencers to ensure alignment with the marketing calendar.
  • Monitor social media channels and online communities for brand mentions and relevant healthcare education trends.
  • Track engagement metrics and provide monthly reports on influencer program performance and social media reach.
  • Support virtual and in-person alumni events to strengthen community connections and brand advocacy.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in social media management, brand marketing, or digital content creation.
  • Experience working with influencers or establishing and building influencer programs.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
  • Proficiency in creative design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Strong copywriting, visual storytelling, and basic video editing skills.
  • Ability to analyze social data and translate insights into content improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Passion for the higher education or healthcare industries.
