Social Media Specialist

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design and delivery of paid social media campaigns across European markets to drive awareness, consideration, and lead generation.
• Translate global brand guidelines into locally resonant content for B2B and B2B2C audiences.
• Manage paid media ROI by assessing platform performance and decisively reallocating budgets to maximize business impact.
• Leverage AI tools and adtech to scale content production, sharpen audience targeting, and streamline campaign workflows.
• Optimize marketing automation and CRM workflows within HubSpot, including automated nurture campaigns and lead management.
• Collaborate with global communications and local sales teams to ensure seamless marketing-to-sales handoffs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, ideally within a B2B or trade environment.
• Proven expertise in paid social media management, specifically with Meta Ads.
• Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, with direct experience in HubSpot.
• Strong business acumen and a commercial mindset focused on growth and ROI.
• An analytical and creative approach to campaign development and performance data.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in French or another European language is a plus.
