Social Media Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day posting across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Develop and implement content calendars in coordination with the marketing team
• Create, edit, and publish engaging content including text, images, videos, stories, and reels
• Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activity
• Interact with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions
• Track performance analytics such as reach, engagement, CTR, and conversions
• Collaborate with influencers, content creators, and agency partners
• Coordinate with the showroom and sales team to highlight promotions and events
• Support ad campaigns by providing creative assets and monitoring performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communication, or related field
• 2–3 years of experience in social media management
• Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business, Canva, and scheduling tools
• Strong writing and visual storytelling skills in both Arabic and English
• Experience with video editing tools like CapCut, VN, or Adobe Premiere
• Familiarity with basic performance metrics
• Creative, fast learner, and trend-sensitive
