Social Media Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop, edit, and publish engaging content (photo, video, copy) tailored to platform best practices
• Monitor social audience and community engagements, responding in the brand's tone-of-voice
• Support and execute social media campaigns across platforms including Weibo, Wechat, Douyin, Bilibili, and RedNote
• Measure performance, analyze insights, and report weekly/monthly with actionable recommendations
• Work with regional/local marketing, sales teams, influencers, and external agencies
• Manage photo/video shoots and content capture at events or brand activations
• Manage and run LIVE streams on selected social platforms
• Track social media trends, emerging features, and competitive activity

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing social media content and campaigns for global brands
• Proven ability to lead influencer campaigns on Chinese social platforms (Weibo, Wechat, Douyin, etc.)
• Experience managing paid media campaigns across various social platforms
• Proficiency in social media management tools and performance tracking
• Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills
• Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret KPIs
• Content creation skills in Adobe Suite, Figma, or similar
• Understanding of PC DIY, Gaming, and consumer tech products
