Social Media Specialist

Responsibilities

• Drive, implement, and manage social media campaigns across ASEAN to increase brand awareness and support business objectives.
• Create and manage social media content and strategy in alignment with brand guidelines and tone-of-voice.
• Work closely with regional and local marketing, sales teams, influencers, and external agencies to execute successful launches.
• Manage online communities to drive engagement, conversation, and brand advocacy.
• Identify and track social media trends, emerging platform features, and competitive activity.
• Measure performance and analyze insights to provide weekly and monthly actionable recommendations.
• Optimize the social ecosystem across both paid and organic media using a data-driven approach.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree from an accredited college or university.
• 4+ years of related social media experience, with a track record of managing successful campaigns for a global brand.
• Proven experience managing paid and organic campaigns on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Emplifi) to optimize engagement and track metrics.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in social listening and data-driven strategy optimization.
• Deep understanding of the social media landscape across the ASEAN region.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in content creation and proficiency with associated creative software.
