Responsibilities

• Own and run the entire social stack, including LinkedIn (CEO + company), TikTok, and X
• Build and manage a unified content calendar around product launches and marketing moments
• Partner with the CCO to support CEO presence and tone
• Launch and grow the company's TikTok presence from the ground up
• Source stories from sales, customer success, and clinical teams to develop content
• Coordinate with influencers, creators, and clinicians to amplify the brand
• Create on-brand graphics in Canva and Figma and edit short-form video
• Track performance metrics and provide recommendations for growth

Requirements

• 3-8 years of professional social media and communications experience
• Native fluency in LinkedIn, TikTok, and X
• Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt voice for different audiences
• Proficiency in Canva and Figma for graphic design
• Experience using AI tools like Claude or OpenAI to support workflows
• Ability to shoot and edit short-form video on mobile
• Experience with social listening and analytics tools
• Genuine interest in healthcare and AI

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience launching a TikTok channel from scratch
• Existing relationships with healthcare creators or AI commentators
• Experience supporting an executive's personal brand
• Familiarity with regulated or healthcare-adjacent communications
