Social Media Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day management of social media channels including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, and X
• Source, organize, schedule, and publish content to support daily posting needs
• Work with internal creative, marketing, and influencer teams to execute campaign rollouts
• Assist with caption writing, product tagging, and maintaining accurate product details
• Monitor viral trends, sounds, and platform updates to proactively share opportunities with the team
• Coordinate content management using tools like Dash Hudson, Later, and Canva
• Upload and organize weekly influencer-generated content assets
• Help track social performance and identify engagement patterns for optimization

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in social media, content, community management, or a related digital marketing role
• Deep interest in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and internet culture
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to write social-first captions
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Facebook, and X
• Experience with scheduling and social management tools such as Dash Hudson, Later, or Canva
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
• Ability to work onsite in Beverly Hills, California
