About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage social media strategies and content calendars across multiple brands
- Translate campaign objectives and audience insights into platform-specific content
- Lead livestream planning, execution, and hosting
- Manage community engagement and develop response frameworks
- Monitor social media performance and translate data into actionable recommendations
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, creators, and agencies for campaign execution
Requirements
- 3–5 years in Social Media, Brand Marketing, or Content Marketing
- Experience managing social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Experience planning and executing livestreams and creator collaborations
- Proficiency in social listening and reporting tools
- Strong written communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to appear on camera for brand content
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in marketplace, e-commerce, or technology businesses
- Basic video editing skills using CapCut or Adobe Premiere
- Familiarity with AI tools for content development and productivity
