Social Media Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with company goals
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook
• Monitor and respond to audience interactions professionally
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams for consistent messaging
• Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets
• Assist in developing influencer partnerships and collaborations
• Maintain brand voice and consistency across all channels

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
• Experience with social media advertising and paid campaigns
• Proficiency in social media management tools
• Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
