Social Media Specialist

Responsibilities

• Plan, write, and publish high-quality content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social platforms
• Manage posting schedules for both company and product-specific pages
• Drive community engagement by monitoring interactions and creating meaningful comments to spark conversation
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Design teams to align content with product launches and hiring campaigns
• Track performance and engagement metrics to continuously optimize content strategy
• Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to ensure brand relevance

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital content writing, or community engagement
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging and concise social copy
• Deep familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn best practices
• Proven experience managing multiple brand or product accounts
• Fluent in English (Portuguese is a plus)
• Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
