Responsibilities
- Actively manage client social media pages including responding to fans and moderating pages
- Pro-actively engage with users to enhance client public image
- Act as a focal point for efficient communication between clients and customers
- Perform social listening, monitoring, and proactive engagement activities
- Ensure all agreed KPIs are achieved
- Serve as a subject matter expert on social media platforms
- Communicate the company mission effectively
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mass communication, public relations, journalism, or a relevant field
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Fluency in English and Arabic (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-handling skills
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
