Social Media Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and manage project intake and tracking via Airtable and Asana
• Oversee the timely flow of multiple social projects from initial client brief to completion
• Identify risks, flag dependencies, and proactively solve for project roadblocks
• Partner with Social Strategy and Client teams to ensure alignment across workstreams
• Manage resource allocation and monitor team bandwidth
• Lead internal weekly team status meetings and client status meetings
• Support testing, QA, and publishing of organic social content for @nike channels
• Stay current on social media trends and platform updates

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience managing complex projects across multiple teams
• Strong understanding of social media work streams, calendars, and publishing
• High proficiency with Asana, Airtable, Smartsheet, and Box
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with remote team members

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, Snapchat, and YouTube
• Experience with reporting and CMS platforms like Emplifi, Radarly, or Meltwater
• Passion for sports and sports culture
