Social Media Production Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the social intake process from internal stakeholders, leading projects from brief to delivery.
• Maintain a transparent Asana ecosystem to keep internal Marketing partners informed on project status.
• Manage internal creative bandwidth by working closely with in-house designers and videographers.
• Lead the external production pipeline, including sourcing, negotiating with, and managing content creators and influencers.
• Handle logistics for external shoots, including talent sourcing and location scouting.
• Contribute to creative concepting and ensure social output maintains a premium, on-brand aesthetic.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in social media production, agency project management, or creative operations.
• Deep native affinity for TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Proven experience managing internal creative feedback loops and external vendor/creator relationships.
• Advanced proficiency in Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace.
• Ability to handle tight social turnarounds and manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with creator and influencer management platforms.
• Background in light video editing or smartphone content capture (e.g., CapCut).
• Direct experience working in the travel, hospitality, or fintech industries.
