Responsibilities

• Shape the digital presence of business-focused content verticals by translating complex topics into engaging multimedia content.
• Create high-quality social content, including original short-form videos, multimedia assets, and written editorial posts.
• Manage end-to-end production workflows, including scripting, filming, video editing, and image enhancement.
• Publish and distribute content across all social platforms and digital channels, ensuring brand alignment and accuracy.
• Develop and oversee a structured publishing calendar to ensure consistent output.
• Produce and host digital shows, live streams, and recorded video segments.
• Track content performance using analytics tools to provide actionable insights for reach and engagement.
• Monitor industry trends, platform algorithms, and audience behavior to optimize content strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, social media, or a relevant field.
• Proven professional experience in a news or mass media organization, specifically in digital content production.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects.
• Excellent Arabic writing and speaking skills, with the ability to craft compelling copy and present on camera.
• Strong knowledge of business, technology, markets, and the economy.
• Experience with social media analytics tools and data interpretation.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
