Social Media & Omnichannel Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

• Plan and create engaging organic content for LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Instagram to establish thought leadership.
• Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns on LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager to drive demo requests.
• Execute targeted email marketing campaigns and conversational WhatsApp marketing workflows for lead nurturing and re-engagement.
• Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, hooks, and audience segments to maximize ROAS and lower CPL.
• Write compelling, persuasive copy for ads, emails, WhatsApp broadcasts, and long-form social posts.
• Monitor and report on key metrics including open rates, CTR, and conversion rates to iterate on strategy.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of proven marketing experience, ideally within a B2B SaaS or Martech company.
• Hands-on experience managing and scaling budgets on LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads.
• Proficiency with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Intercom.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills for professional copywriting.
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to track impressions, clicks, and revenue metrics.
• Based in Hyderabad and willing to occasionally align schedules with Australian business hours.
