Social Media Moderator

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across social media and messaging channels
• Handle inquiries regarding products, sizing, availability, orders, deliveries, exchanges, and returns
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex cases to appropriate departments
• Monitor comments, reviews, and direct messages while maintaining the brand's tone of voice
• Coordinate with warehouse, operations, and e-commerce teams regarding order updates
• Record customer interactions and maintain accurate documentation of inquiries and resolutions
• Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal sales

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 0–2 years of experience in customer service, social media moderation, or online support
• Fluency in English (written) and excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic
• Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and WhatsApp Business
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the fashion, retail, or e-commerce industry
