• Create social-native editorial content and original formats built specifically for social platforms
• Translate existing company work into compelling narratives tailored to individual platforms
• Build tools and frameworks to enable employees to share content on their own social channels
• Identify and participate in relevant online conversations on platforms like Reddit and LinkedIn
• Define and use performance benchmarks to shape content strategy
