Social Media & Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

• Create video and written content for social media, YouTube, and digital campaigns targeting UK SME merchants
• Act as a visible face of Flatpay UK by appearing on camera for ads, brand content, and social formats
• Coordinate video shoots, including identifying contributors and planning creative formats
• Manage Flatpay UK's social media presence and community channels, including responding to interactions
• Collaborate with the central acquisition marketing team in Copenhagen to align UK content with global campaign goals
• Write engaging articles, captions, and customer-facing copy
• Review campaign performance insights to improve future content based on measurable results

Requirements

• Native understanding of social media trends, engagement, and conversion tactics
• Confident and natural presence on camera
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write clear, engaging copy across various formats
• Results-driven mindset focused on customer acquisition rather than just vanity metrics
• Experience in a marketing, content, or social media role
• Demonstrable experience in content creation, either professionally or through a strong personal presence
• Ability to work as a self-starter, managing local output while collaborating with a remote team
