About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Manage daily posting and scheduling across Twitter (X), LinkedIn, Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
- Create engaging content including graphics, videos, GIFs, memes, and blog snippets
- Actively engage with followers and moderate discussions in crypto-related communities
- Manage Telegram communities ensuring timely responses and engagement
- Analyze key metrics such as engagement rate, reach, and conversion rates using analytics tools
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns for user acquisition and retention
- Face the camera to shoot short reels and YouTube videos
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in crypto, fintech, or blockchain
- Proficiency in social media tools like Buffer or Sprout Social
- Experience in community building and influencer marketing
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills
- Ability to analyze data and optimize strategies based on performance
- Knowledge of SEO, hashtags, and social media algorithms
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience running Twitter Spaces and live community sessions
- Basic understanding of graphic design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Figma
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
