Social Media Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day strategy, execution and calendar planning for all organic social platforms (primarily Instagram and TikTok)
• Plan and produce high-performing native content across platforms
• Concept, shoot, edit, and publish original video content directly in-platform
• Spend regular time in NYC studios capturing content alongside studio teams
• Write all social copy and ensure brand voice consistency
• Manage day-to-day engagement across platforms and respond to community posts
• Curate and manage a small community of content creators
• Track performance across all channels and report weekly and monthly against KPIs

Requirements

• 4–6+ years running organic social for a consumer brand or agency
• Based in the NYC area with availability for 3 days/week in corporate HQ and 1–2 days/week in NYC studios
• Deep fluency in TikTok and Instagram with hands-on experience editing and producing native content
• Passion for earrings, piercings, and brand-forward creative expression
• Highly self-directed, organized, and detail-oriented
