They build tailored, data-driven campaigns across key digital channels and manage everything from strategy to execution and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own social media strategy and execution across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and other platforms
• Develop and manage content calendars balancing brand storytelling, product promotion, and community engagement
• Brief, direct, and manage a Content Creator and Social Videographer/Editor
• Write compelling copy for posts, captions, Stories, and short-form video
• Manage community engagement by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions
• Attend live events to capture and develop real-time content alongside executive talent
• Monitor platform trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activity
• Track and report on social performance metrics
• Collaborate with Marketing teams on paid social amplification

Requirements

• 4–7+ years of experience in social media management for a consumer brand, agency, or talent environment
• Experience managing both brand and individual/influencer accounts
• Ability to work professionally around celebrity talent and high-profile individuals
• Flexibility to travel for live event content creation
• Strong understanding of major social media platform mechanics
• Hands-on content creation skills including copywriting and basic graphics/video production
• Proven track record of growing social presence and engagement
• Data literacy with ability to translate analytics into actionable insights
• Required experience with video content (Reels, TikTok)
