They build tailored, data-driven campaigns across key digital channels and manage everything from strategy to execution and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own social media strategy and execution for an assigned brand across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and others
• Develop and manage a content calendar balancing storytelling, promotion, and engagement
• Brief and collaborate with Content Creators on video and photo needs
• Write compelling copy for posts, captions, Stories, and short-form video
• Manage community engagement by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions
• Coordinate with the Influencer team to amplify creator content
• Monitor platform trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activity
• Track and report on social performance metrics
• Collaborate with the Performance team on paid social amplification

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in social media management for a consumer brand, agency, or media company
• Strong understanding of major social media platform mechanics
• Hands-on content creation ability including copywriting and basic graphics/video editing
• Proven track record of growing brand social presence and engagement
• Data literacy with ability to translate analytics into actionable insights
• Required experience with video content (Reels, TikTok)
