About the Company

Roku is the #1 TV streaming platform in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. This Old House, part of Roku, is transitioning to an in-house social operation to build an agile, content-first presence integrated with production and editorial.

Responsibilities

• Drive social media ideation and execution to grow audience, engagement, and video views
• Create and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Pinterest
• Manage and maintain social calendars for over 40+ brand, show, and talent accounts
• Attend production days to identify and capture social-first content opportunities
• Coordinate social content shoots in collaboration with production teams
• Partner with editors to produce short-form video and platform-specific content
• Monitor community engagement, comments, and DMs
• Track and report on key social metrics and use data to refine performance
• Collaborate with marketing on paid social campaigns and organic alignment

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital media
• Strong understanding of short-form video and platform-specific storytelling
• Experience in content-driven environments like media, entertainment, or production
• Experience supporting social campaigns and working with influencers
• Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to optimize performance
• Familiarity with paid social ad setup and execution
• Proficiency with tools such as Sprout, Google Analytics, and native platform insights
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in fast-paced, production-driven environments
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple workflows and deadlines
