Social Media Manager

Responsibilities

• Run social channels day to day and maintain brand and product accounts
• Write social copy, plan content, and manage engagement
• Set social strategy, including growth execution and measurement
• Scale team accounts by helping employees post in the brand voice
• Build and moderate community on Reddit and in developer communities
• Partner with Comms, marketing, PMs, founders, and engineers in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• 3+ years running social for a brand, ideally in tech or AI
• Proven writing ability with examples of high-performing posts
• Native fluency on Instagram and LinkedIn with a track record of account growth
• Demonstrated experience managing a brand voice
• Ability to adapt writing style for different audiences and platforms
• Comfort working in fast-paced launch cycles

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience running or moderating a developer or technical community
• Experience writing on behalf of leadership
• Deep interest in AI and knowledge of how top companies maintain online presence
