Social Media Manager

Responsibilities

• Publish and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Manage community engagement by responding to comments and DMs
• Maintain fast engagement response times during high-traffic windows
• Write engaging, platform-specific captions and maintain brand voice
• Develop and execute organic growth strategies to increase reach and followers
• Maintain structured weekly and monthly content calendars
• Monitor content performance and platform algorithm changes

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Community Manager, or Organic Growth Specialist
• Experience managing multiple social media platforms simultaneously
• Strong copywriting and caption-writing skills
• Proficiency with scheduling tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social
• Deep understanding of platform algorithms and viral content patterns
• Ability to work U.S. business hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with content creators, media brands, or SaaS companies
• Experience growing accounts organically at scale
• Understanding of short-form video trends and audience psychology
• Basic experience with Canva or video editing tools
