Social Media Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with marketing and growth goals
• Create and manage content calendars across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube
• Write engaging social media captions, hooks, and platform-specific content
• Collaborate with designers, editors, and marketing teams to create high-performing visual content
• Schedule and publish content using tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or HubSpot
• Monitor comments, DMs, mentions, and community engagement daily
• Launch and support organic and paid social campaigns
• Analyze content performance and optimize strategies based on engagement and conversion data
• Track KPIs including engagement, follower growth, reach, clicks, and conversions

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in social media management, content marketing, or digital marketing
• Experience managing business or brand accounts across multiple social platforms
• Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and content creation skills
• Experience using social media scheduling and analytics tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or HubSpot)
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube best practices
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other content creation tools
• Analytical mindset with ability to track and interpret performance metrics
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing social media for SaaS, e-commerce, agencies, or professional services
• Experience with influencer collaborations or UGC campaigns
• Familiarity with paid social advertising platforms
• Experience creating short-form video content
• Background in startup or fast-growing business environments
