About the role
About the Company
Outpost is building the AI global trade engine, providing infrastructure for international sales including Merchant of Record and Tax of Record services across 58+ jurisdictions. Our team includes leaders from Revolut, Airwallex, Adyen, and Wayflyer.
Responsibilities
- Own the full content lifecycle including ideation, scripting, filming, editing, and distribution
- Translate complex fintech topics like VAT and liability into engaging visual stories
- Manage presence across LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and emerging platforms
- Capture behind-the-scenes startup content to build talent brand and trust
- Develop long-term social strategy to drive inbound interest
- Partner with the CEO to build personal brands as industry authorities
- Engage with key voices in fintech, e-commerce, and VC ecosystems
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to align social output with product launches
Requirements
- Experience in a social media or content role at a high-growth startup
- Portfolio demonstrating writing, video editing, basic design, and sharp copy skills
- Proven ability to build an audience from scratch
- Understanding of B2B social media nuances
- Ability to operate as a "unit of one" without agency support
- High aesthetic taste and bias for action
