Social Media Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive and manage evergreen educational social content for OpenAI products like ChatGPT and Codex across LinkedIn and YouTube
• Craft and execute social strategies to encourage and sustain product adoption
• Partner with product, marketing, and creative teams to develop educational content that helps users understand AI
• Monitor and report on product usage trends and social conversations
• Synthesize and communicate complex technical topics into clear, accessible language for diverse audiences
• Manage multiple projects and content tracking processes to ensure accurate and timely delivery

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional social media management experience, preferably in technology or AI
• Experience managing large-scale brand accounts and publishing high-impact content
• Proven success in developing social media strategies that drive engagement and growth
• Exceptional writing and communication skills
• Proficiency in AI prompting with a creative and practical approach to showcasing product value
• Deep understanding of audience behavior on platforms like LinkedIn
