About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and own the client's social media strategy across organic and paid channels, focusing on LinkedIn
- Plan, create, and oversee the delivery of social media content using scheduling tools
- Lead paid social media campaigns from planning through to execution and optimization
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for channel performance improvement based on user data and analytics
- Produce monthly performance reports for the Head of Marketing using tools like Google Analytics
- Manage and develop social media communities by engaging with responses and maintaining brand voice
- Collaborate with internal teams, client stakeholders, and third-party agencies
- Evaluate and recommend new social media technologies and AI-assisted workflows
Requirements
- Solid experience as a Social Media Manager in B2B environments
- Deep expertise in LinkedIn paid campaign management and audience targeting
- Demonstrable experience managing paid social budgets and ROI reporting
- Proficiency with social media management platforms and Google Analytics
- Experience using Gen AI tools for content drafting and campaign planning
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or events sector is an advantage
